Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Exception: wrong item or defective product.
Contact support@10xf.store within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos.
Verified cases → replacement of the same item.
No cash refunds under any circumstances.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Underwear, socks, and similar intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders processed within 2–7 business days. Delivery estimate: 5–20 business days (varies by destination).
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
Tracking details emailed once shipped.
Not responsible for delays from carriers, customs, or external events.
Not liable for lost/stolen packages once marked “Delivered.”
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

How do I choose the right size for 10XF clothing?
Our pieces follow standard streetwear sizing and fit true to size. To find your best fit, measure around your chest and waist, then compare with the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed/oversized look, we recommend going one size up. Hoodies and joggers are cut with a comfortable fit, while t-shirts have a classic unisex style. This way, you can shop confidently knowing your clothing will fit the way you like.
Do you accept custom orders?
We do not officially offer custom orders. However, if you have a design or drawing, you can send it to us and our team will review it for consideration in future releases.
